The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Chelsea Connolly Sleep Consulting Website (“Website”). Your (“Client”) use of the Website constitutes your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.
Chelsea Connolly Sleep Consulting (“Sleep Consultant”) provides the Website to promote broad consumer understanding and knowledge of various topics, including family and child sleep practices. All the information on the Website is published in good faith and for general information and educational purposes only. The information is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client should always seek the advice of their physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding:
1. medical conditions of the Client or Child;
2. the health and wellbeing of the Client or Child; and/or
3. the appropriateness of receiving the services and/or information from the Sleep Consultant for the Client or Child.
Accordingly, the Sleep Consultant expressly disclaims any liability, loss, damage, or injury caused by services and information provided.
While the Sleep Consultant strives to provide links only to useful, safe and ethical third-party websites, the Sleep Consultant:
1. has no control over the content and nature of third-party websites; and
2. does not imply recommendations or endorsements for the third-party websites or the content found on them.
The Sleep Consultant advises that third-party websites may have different Privacy Policies and Terms that are beyond the control of the Sleep Consultant.
“Child”: a child of the Client, receiving the services and/or information provided by the Sleep Consultant. “Children” shall be construed accordingly.
“Client”: the person receiving the services and/or information provided by the Sleep Consultant.
“Sleep Consultant”: Chelsea Connolly Sleep Consulting, or employee of Chelsea Connolly Sleep Consulting.
